These terms govern your use of CSCS Accelerator products and services, including this website, the quiz platform, and the live cohort. By enrolling or creating an account you agree to them.
What you're buying
The Accelerator is an educational program: live instruction, a quiz platform, study materials, and community access. It is preparation for the CSCS exam. It does not guarantee a passing score except as described in the Guarantee Terms.
Access & accounts
Your enrollment is for your individual use. You may not share your login, resell access, or redistribute course materials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment-plan installments are billed on schedule; failure to complete installments may suspend access. Refunds follow the Guarantee Terms.
Intellectual property
All course content, questions, and materials are owned by Dr. Jacob Goodin and licensed to you for personal exam preparation only.
